Yesterday we had pretty calm day at EPL except beautiful match at Emirates where home team proved, that setbacks against The Villans from the past were not accidental. This time another london team is going to play the main role.
It was very loud about AVB team this summer through the potential transfer of Bale to Real Madrid. The Welshman himself couldn't handle the pressure at some point and said he would never play for Spurs again which in my point of view looks like a complete lack of respect for fans and team where he promoted his figure. That's why I'm not convinced if everybody at Spurs is in 100% prepared and concentrated to this game - the confusion around Gareth must also have an impact on other players.

It's obvious that since couple of seasons ( except the last one where Bale was in his life form ) Spurs do not play well against new teams in league.
In addition it is going to be London derby and it's widely known that such games are ruled by its own law. Making things even more interesting the balance between those teams is 1-1-1 and the last game held in 2005 finished with a massacre of home team - The Eagles beat Spurs 3-0.
Ending this post I will just add that the current coach of Palace is Ian Holloway - it was his Blackpool who beat Spurs 3-1 in 2010. If Bale plays ( at his maximum not just to appear and play ) then guests are in good situation, but if he doesn't appear then AVB's team will have a very difficult match.
